Team Coaching

Team coaching enables teams to identify and address their challenges over a coaching programme lasting several months. Our team coaching programme will take your team on a development journey, using 'a group-think' approach. Your team will learn how to discover what their individual and collective strengths are, and how to use them to deliver maximum effectiveness while working to a goal or responding to a challenge.

Team Performance

We run this programme in an open environment to encourage honest and direct communication. This involves coaching the team together as well as one-to-one coaching for individuals, and observing and supporting team meetings and events. Using a range of tools, frameworks and models you:

  • Clarify purpose, shared vision and goals as well as defining team boundaries and roles.

  • Reflect on how everyone is working and interacting together and build on this awareness to enhance the teams' effectiveness.

  • Address specific issues that are impacting on the team's performance.

  • Enhance the Team's ability to respond effectively to complex challenges and opportunities.

  • Reconnect with stakeholders and better understand their needs, and identify powerful new ways to contribute to the organisation’s success.

We offer team Coaching as stand-alone or in conjunction with the implementation of significant culture change initiatives and projects, resulting in deep learning and sustainable change.
