Steve Gormley, Founder
Steve founded Open Arena in 2006, creating a training company that helps people grow and realise their strengths and develop their true potential. Steve has a strong commercial background at British Airways where he built, led and developed award-winning teams in customer service, sales and learning & development. His high-impact, engaging, motivational style and down-to-earth approach combined with his expertise in leadership, coaching, sales and service gives him genuine credibility to deliver a practical, stimulating and memorable training experience.
